The Coalition of APC Progressive Youths Forum has congratulated Umar Haruna Doguwa on his election as the party’s state chairman. The coalition gave the commendation following what they described as a peaceful and well-organised state congress held at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kano. This was contained in a statement issued by the Forum’s Chairman Hon. Sadiq Ali Sango. Former Deputy Governor of Kano State, Prof. Hafizu Abubakar, has urged his supporters to remain loyal and obedient to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State, Abdullahi Abbas, in the interest of unity and progress within the party. Prof. Hafizu made this call during a meeting with his supporters in Kano, where he stressed that respect for constituted authority and adherence to party leadership are key to building a strong and successful political structure.
