Ogan Boye Resigns as Special Adviser to Kano State Governor, Announces Bid for Nasarawa Local Government Chairman

The Special Adviser to the Kano State Governor on Youth and Sports Yusuf Imam Ogan Boye has officially resigned from his position to contest in the upcoming Nasarawa Local Government Chairman election. 

He tendered his resignation letter to the leadership of the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) at his ward in Kaura Goje, Nasarawa Local Government.


Ogan Boye also informed the party of his intention to run for the chairmanship. 

He stated that his decision was driven by the overwhelming calls from the youth and the good people of Nasarawa Local Government, who have been urging him to step into the race.


Ogan Boye expressed his commitment to addressing the needs and aspirations of the community, emphasizing that his campaign would focus on youth empowerment, sports development, and community progress. 

His decision marks a significant shift in the local political landscape, as he prepares to contest in what is expected to be a closely watched election.
