Some regarded the situation to be re-birth of APC in Kano. Some defined the...

Posted by Suhaib Auwal  As Alhaji Aminu Dantata, CON, OFR, is remembered on the 7th day of his passing, I join millions across Nigeria and the international community in mourning the loss of a rare gem — an elder statesman, renowned philanthropist, and devout Muslim. Alhaji Aminu Dantata was not just a towering figure in Nigeria’s economic and social landscape, but a symbol of humility, compassion, and moral rectitude. He lived a life anchored on the fear of Allah, guided by deep faith, and devoted to lifting others—regardless of tribe, region, or religion. His philanthropic footprint touched the lives of countless people, both within Nigeria and far beyond our borders. From education to healthcare, from community development to religious support, his generosity was boundless, sincere, and transformative. To the people of Kano, he was not just a businessman or elder statesman—he was Baba, a father to the fatherless, a provider to the needy, and a beacon of hope to the hopeless. His...
