By Suhaib Auwal  The Kano State government has dismissed claims that it has sold and reallocated shops within the Eid ground at Kofar Mata, refuting the allegations circulating in a video and various stories on social media. The Managing Director of the Kano State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KNUPDA) Arch. Ibrahim Yakubu, stated this while addressing journalists at his office.  "Our attention has been drawn to these misleading reports, the government has not sold or reallocated any part of the Eid ground."   The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has officially received a petition from the Northern Youth Merger Group APC, urging an investigation into the alleged mismanagement and diversion of palliative food items in Kano State. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has received and officially acknowledged a formal complaint against the Chief of Staff to the Kano State Government, Shehu Wada Sagagi.  The complaint, filed by the Arewa APC Merger Group and signed by its National Coordinator, Hon.
